We are often asked questions about our processes – from ordering uniforms through to developing designs. Here are a few answers to our uniform FQAs that may help you understand the uniform manufacture, design and supply procedure!

FAQs –  We’re not happy with our current uniform supplier – can you take over?

Yes. We’re more than happy to take the reins from an existing uniform supplier, and create a new continuous uniform supply of your current garments without delay.

While we cannot always pick up the existing supply if someone else is already manufacturing for them however we can copy the garments or give you alternative options.

Is ordering uniforms online possible? Will you know our requirements?

Yes. Once you have set up your supply with us, we are able to offer a fantastic online ordering service, which makes ordering uniforms online the easiest, most efficient way to continue your supply. We are able to talk you through the process, or even explain it to you in person when we have our consultation.

How fast can you supply our uniforms?

Depending on the size of your order, we are able to have your uniforms ready in as little as two days from your date of order. The timeframe depends heavily on the quantities and specifications of your order however, so please contact us for a more specific manufacture and delivery timeframe.

We’ve decided to change our uniform design; can you manage this process for us?

Yes. We are able to manage every step of your new uniform process – from design, to manufacture, to delivery! We also manage embroidery and screen printing requirements, from hats right through to hosiery and more. We will consult with you to understand your needs before proceeding, and will continue to consult with you throughout the design and manufacture process.

We don’t need a large supply; will you work with smaller schools and clubs?

Absolutely! We treat all of our clients the same – from country schools of less than 100 students right through to larger, private city-based establishments. Your needs are important, and we are here to help.

We need to have a variety of designs to suit our students – can you assist us?

Yes. We often provide a variety of designs to our schools; including skirts, shorts, pants, blazers and casual wear: we meet with you to discuss your individual requirements, and act accordingly.

We’re not sure how to proceed with our uniform needs – can you offer advice?

Absolutely! With many years of industry experience behind us, we can offer practical, qualified advice on uniform selection and design. We will give you pointers on material choice, multi-fit design options for economy, and even optimum amounts to keep in stock: whatever your situation, we’ve got the knowledge to help. What happens if we have a problem with our uniforms?

If we have supplied your uniform, and you have concerns or issues with quality or manufacture, then we welcome your immediate contact. We are locally based, so when you are ordering uniforms from us, you are always able to communicate directly with our team. We will rectify any issue immediately where practicable, and will always respond to your concerns.
